How do I export the list of users in Excel format?

Introduction

It is possible to export the list of users in excel format.

Note: this feature requires specific user management permission.

Export user list

To download the list of users in excel format, simply

• Go to the Users tab
• Click on the User activity. button.

The downloaded file lists the following user information:

• first name;
• last name ;
• email address;
• group(s);
• role(s) ;
• creation date;
• last login date over the last 12 months;

Conclusion

Once downloaded, the file can be viewed locally on your device.
