Introduction
It is possible to unschedule a tactical or automatic campaign in order to edit it. This is possible as long as the campaign has not yet started.
Edit a tactical/automatic push notification campaign
You can unschedule a campaign in order to edit it:
- Tactical push notification: unscheduling is possible as long as the campaign has not started.
- Automatic push notification: it is possible to unschedule a campaign at any time, in which case sending is stopped.
To unschedule a campaign :
- Open the desired campaign
- Click on the Unschedule button at the top right of the page.
You will be redirected to the campaign creation path to edit the desired elements.
