Using Sendingly
Sendingly is an interface for creating and sending personalized campaigns on Email, SMS and Push Notification channels.
With Sendingly you can:
- Create campaigns: tactical, automatic, application or API trigger;
- Use various channels: Email, SMS or Push Notification;
- Keep track of your campaigns with the calendar;
- Send campaigns using different targeting modes;
- Use HTML content created on Factorly;
- And benefit from a host of features to make campaign execution simple and efficient.
Connecting to the interface
To connect to the Sendingly interface, go to the platform switch.
User rights
Access to the Sendingly interface is managed according to a logic of user and group rights. Groups, users and their rights are managed from the Accessly interface.
Groups
Groups allow you to segment the interface and assign different roles to users depending on the group to which they belong.
Users
A user profile corresponds to the logins used to connect to the platform. Users own the content they create.
A user can belong to one or more groups. He only sees the content of the groups to which he belongs.
Each user has roles and permissions that are assigned and managed from the Accessly interface (please refer the Accessly user guide for more information).
