The security and confidentiality of your content is essential. Until now, the lifetime of Factorly preview links has been fixed. To adapt to your business needs and reinforce the protection of your data, we're making this duration fully customizable.
Customization of validity duration (TTL)
You now have control over the expiration of your Factorly sharing links from your settings:
- Flexible configuration: Adjust link lifetime at the level of your customer account or specifically by user group.
- Real-time visibility: The time remaining before expiration is displayed directly on the shared link to inform your collaborators.
- Control and security: Limit access over time for your sensitive content.
To consider:
- Default setting: The validity period is set to 30 days by default.
- Maximum limit: You can extend this to a maximum of 150 days.
- Permissions: This feature requires a specific user permission. To activate it, please contact your Administrator.
