Introduction
When configuring a contact list, the mapping step consists in defining the contact channel fields (email or phone number).
Consent management
For each configured contact channel, it is necessary to select an associated optin type.
On each import, new contacts are added with 'Opt-in' status for the optin type selected.
The consent status of existing contacts is preserved unchanged.
Conclusion
Each file loaded into a list must contain 'opt-in' contacts for the consent defined during configuration.
