Introduction
The Contact lists tab allows you to create two types of lists:
- Static lists: Can be updated manually, either individually or from a file.
- Dynamic lists: Update automatically by retrieving a file from an SFTP server.
Once the configuration steps have been completed, a summary is available to help with validation.
Summary step
This final step summarizes the information below.
- The parameters of the file:
- File name;
- Contact channel(s);
- Primary key(s);
- Expiration date;
- Import frequency fo dynamic lists;
-
The volume of contacts in the list and of lost lines:
- Duplicates excluded based on the primary key(s) combination (a random row is kept among the duplicates);
- Rows excluded due to incorrect format (mandatory value not filled, contact key not filled, ...);
- The mapping of columns.
Conclusion
Once the configuration has been validated, the source file is imported to feed the contact list.
You can then update the list by importing new contacts: How to import contacts into a list.
