Introduction
You will find a tab on Contacly Submission lists. This tab references all the responses from your forms.

List of answers
To access a list of responses, simply click on it.
You arrive on the management page for your list. From here, you can change the name of your list, simply by clicking on its name.
In the left-hand sidebar, you will find information relating to your list, namely:
- The number of responses
- The date of the last modification, which corresponds to the date your form was modified on Factorly.
- The author of the form and the group in which it was created.
You see the full list of people who have responded to your form as well as the individual responses.
