Introduction
The Contact lists tab offers the option of creating two types of list:
- Static lists that can be updated by manually uploading a file;
- The active lists updating automatically by fetching the file over an SFTP.
Once the contents of each of the columns have been filled in, the next step is to define how often the directory will be searched.
Import configuration
Import configuration is used to define how often the interface will search the list directory for a file corresponding to the naming convention defined.
The import frequency can be defined in two ways:
- Weekly, by choosing one or more days of the week.
- Monthly:
- On the nth day of the month (the 15th of the month for example),
- The nth day of the week of the month (the second Thursday of the month for example).
This frequency is accompanied by the time of import.
It is necessary to choose the type of import defining the contact list update:
- Update existing items and add new ones;
- Replace all existing elements with those present in the new file.
