Introduction
The Contact lists tab offers the option of creating two types of list:
- Static lists that can be updated by manually uploading a file;
- The active lists updating automatically by fetching the file over an SFTP.
Once the creation form and initialization file have been filled in, the next step is to define the contact fields (email or phone number) present in the files.
Contact field
For each means of contact (with at least one configured means), the following information is requested:
- File column : indicate the column containing the contact information. If your columns are named "EMAIL" or "MOBILE" in the list, they are associated with the email or phone number contact field respectively.
- Consent: notion of consent to which the individuals present in the file have subscribed. New notions of consent may be added by Numberly following a request from you.
- Phone number settings: this setting defines the country from which the phone number originates. You have the option of choosing a single country or choosing several countries as long as you have a column providing the recipient's two-letter ISO country code in the (list of ISO codes by country).
