Introduction

The file library allows different types of files to be hosted for use in content. Files can be organized in folders.

The file library is a Factorly module. To activate it, please contact the support team.

It's possible to create a tree structure to arrange files in folders and find them more easily later.

At startup, no folders are created and all files are loaded into All Files:

To create a first folder level, click Add a folder from the All files menu.
To create subfolders, click Add a folder from the parent folder's menu.

Beware, when you're in All files, all files included in the groups you have access to are displayed (whether they're in a folder or not).
