Introduction
The library lets you host different types of files for use in content.
For example, in content with the Drag & drop editor, you can add an image by selecting it directly from the library, or add redirection links to all types of files loaded in the library.
Files
The library accepts the following format files:
- Images : ‘jpg’, ‘jpeg’, ‘png’, ‘gif’ ;
- Audios : ‘mp3', 'aac', 'he-aac', 'ac3', 'eac3' ;
- Videos : ‘mp4', 'm4a', 'm4v', 'f4v', 'f4a', 'm4b', 'm4r', 'f4b', 'mov', 'avi', 'webm' ;
- Documents : 'xls', 'xlsx', 'pdf', 'odt', 'doc', 'docx', 'ppt', 'pptx', 'txt', 'csv';
- Calendars : 'ics'.
The maximum file size is 10 MB for images and 20 MB for other file types. The file name must not exceed 128 characters.
Conclusion
Once the files have been loaded into the library, they can be used within email and/or web page content.
