Introduction
Roles give a user access to NMP platforms with given permissions.
roles are given when a user is added to a group, so the role is valid for one user in a given group.
Giving a role to a user
To give a role to a user:
- Go to the Groups tab.
- Click on the desired group to edit it, the list of group members is displayed.
- Then click on Add a user .
- Find the user then choose the role to assign
- Modify the role of each member by selecting the role from the drop-down menu.
Roles can also be managed directly from the user's profile.
Conclusion
Several default roles are offered, iit is also possible to create custom roles.
