Introduction
The campaign creation form is used to define the campaign type and naming information.
Task 1
When creating a campaign, the following elements must be defined in the creation form:
Sending channel: Push notification
Sending type :
- Tactical: a one-off push on a given date (e.g.: promotional notification sent on Black Friday);
- Automatic: a recurring push at a given time and interval (e.g. birthday notification sent daily).
Group: select the group in which the campaign is to be created.
Application: allows the selection of destination applications.
Name: corresponds to the campaign name to be entered. This name appears in the reporting module.
Description (optional): free input field (can be used to add campaign-related details such as context, test version, etc.).
Language: by default, allows the selection of the desired communication language. The list of possible languages is pre-configured.
Consent type: allows the consent type to be selected for this campaign. This choice ensures that only recipients who have consented to receive this communication will be contacted.
The campaign creation form is fully customizable. It is possible to add other specific fields (tags) to campaigns to facilitate analysis by campaign typology.
Conclusion
Once the form has been validated, the campaign is created and available from the campaign list page.
