Introduction
In a journey the Queryly segment can intervene in several places:
- At the level of the Queryly node, which calculates the population of the journey.
- At the update customization level. Any node with this option enabled will call the segment defined in the Queryly node.
- At the exclusion segment level in a journey's parameters. This allows you to exclude a population from the journey. All sending nodes call this segment.
The Queryly segment was not found
If this error appears then the segment is no longer shared to Journey.
The error message specifies whether it is the Queryly segment that defines the Journey population or the exclusion segment informed in the Journey parameters.
To find out whether the segment has been unshared, simply go to Queryly and search for it in the list of segments. No platform should appear in Share.
If the segment has been wrongly unshared, it is still possible to re-share it at Journey.
Conclusion
Once this error is cleared, the journey can be restarted.
