Introduction
A journey is used to send an SMS communication to the cell phone found in the CRM data of a Queryly segment.
However, it is possible to replace the default field with another field present in the segment. To do this, simply enter the new column to be taken into account in the advanced parameters of the sending node.
The field is not present in the segment
If the populated field does not exist in the segment, the journey fails. To solve the problem, check whether the field entered at the sms sending node exists in the Queryly segment.
The content of a segment can be viewed at each stage of a journey on the executions page by clicking on the 3 small dots above each node. Alternatively, you can view the segment definition on Queryly.
Conclusion
Once this alert has been lifted, the journey can be relaunched.
