Introduction
Sendingly is responsible for matching the segment defined in the target with the selected message.
If any information needed to properly personalize the message is missing from the segment, Sendingly will list the necessary information to be added.
Fields required for customization are not present
The alert indicating that the customization field is non-existent means that a customization field present in your content is not present in the segment:
- If the customization field is present in your target, make sure the field name is similar in your content and correct if necessary (in particular, the field should be written in uppercase, e.g. {{MM:FIRST NAME}} instead of {{MM:First Name}} ;
- If the customization field is not present in your target, update your target to add the field ;
- If the field is not needed, it can be removed from the content, by updating the corresponding tab.
- The field raising this alert can be requested either by the content, or by a web page to which the content redirects.

Once this alert has been cleared, execution can be restarted
