Introduction
The scratchcard component is only available for web pages. It allows an image to be revealed by "scratching", with the mouse on a computer or one's finger on a mobile.
Integrating a scratchcard component
To embed an image in the image to be revealed section, you can directly enter a URL, upload your file from your computer or the Factorly file library.
We recommend using images of a size lower than 200KB. Any image larger than 1MB will not be accepted, to maximize the loading time when the email is opened.
You can also edit your image using Factorly's built-in image editor.
The scratch image section allows you to define the image that will be placed above the image to be revealed.
The scratch effect is the one applied to the image to be scratched when the recipient interacts with the component.
Several settings are possible:
- Add alternative text if the image is not displayed (HTML Alt tag);
- Set the width of the image to 100%
- Or customize the width of the image :
- Set its maximum width (in pixels)
- Enable or disable image width at 100% on mobile only
- Align the image;

Here you can insert an effective redirect URL once the user has discovered the image to be revealed:
- Enter URL link
- Or import the URL from the library
