Introduction
To restrict access to specific content within an interface, users can be organized into groups.
Each piece of content is associated with a group, and only members of that group are authorized to access it.
Create a group
On the Accessly interface, to create a group:
- Navigate to the Groups
- Click the New Group button.
- Enter a name, add a description, and choose a logo (recommended size: 250x250).
Rename a group
You can rename a group:
- The new name will be clearly visible on all interfaces
- Campaigns that have already been sent will no longer be visible on Dashboardly in the group with the new name
Numberly support must take action to apply this change to all existing services. Please contact them to inform them of this.
Conclusion
Once the group has been created, you can add users to the group.
